NBA 2010/11 - Total Regular Season Wins ? Against the Spread Winner will be the team with the highest total regular season wins AND spread wins combined. If 2 or more teams tie, dead heat rules apply. NCAA rules: Have they become tougher b/c the players are darker?

We have all heard of the stories in the late 70's and early 80's about SMU and Texas A&M being the best teams that money could buy. 25-30 years later you can't even buy a kid a sandwich.
